Jeremy Gibson Ministries is a Christian ministry operating under Jeremy Gibson Enterprises LLC. Our services include speaking engagements, prophetic mentorship and coaching, published books and digital resources, ministry content and communications, and the ASCEND Network for leaders and pastors.

Payment Terms

All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We do not store your credit card or payment account details on our servers.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

For coaching and mentorship engagements, payment terms specific to your agreement will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Missed payments may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our websites — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, digital downloads, and the compilation thereof — is the property of Jeremy Gibson Enterprises LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our websites without our express prior written consent, except as follows:

SMS Messaging Program

Jeremy Gibson Enterprises sends SMS messages to individuals who have opted in through web-based forms on our website. Message types include coaching program updates, event reminders, ministry announcements, service notifications, and promotional messages for those who provide marketing consent. All recipients have explicitly consented to receive messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Coaching and Mentorship Services

Prophetic mentorship and coaching services offered through Jeremy Gibson Ministries are spiritual and ministry development services. They are not licensed counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or financial services. Nothing communicated in any coaching engagement constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Participation in any coaching program requires agreement to the specific terms communicated at enrollment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching relationships at our discretion.

All prophetic words, counsel, and spiritual direction offered through our ministry are delivered in good faith and are subject to the discernment of the recipient. We do not guarantee outcomes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and all content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Jeremy Gibson Ministries is not responsible for any failure to deliver messages caused by carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

Age Restriction for SMS Services

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Jeremy Gibson Ministries, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will remove that number from our messaging program immediately.
